Shopping In Lancashire

Lancashire has plenty of towns and cities to visit, with shopping centres and unique boutiques, souvenir shops and local produce shops. Visit the markets in the villages, and the outlet malls nearer the larger towns.

If shopping is the one thing you want to do whilst on your holiday in Lancashire, you will never run out of options.

Blackpool is the traditional souvenir hunters paradise, with the stalls on the seafront, to the shops on the piers, and don’t forget the world famous Blackpool Rock.

For a market mentioned in the Doomsday Book, why not visit Garstang on a Thursday. The local market has stalls from all over the county with a wide range of products available.

Why not visit the Freeport Outlet mall in Fleetwood, the retail parks of Preston, or just have a wander round Lancaster with all the traditional architecture on show, with the shops an integral part of the city.

There are up-market boutiques, small national stores and lots of places to see in Southport.

In all, Shopping in Lancashire can be a highlight to your stay, or even the purpose of your visit.
